Moves are exhausting
especially when pregnant and with a most active 2 year old.
Life has flown by since we left Massachusetts in May.
Trying to get settled in a new home
on the other side of the country
while finding doctors
entertaining Asha
unpacking
adjusting to not having Daddy around very much
and
getting ready for baby girl #2.
These are just a few of my many excuses for not blogging since May.
Here are a few more...
Our move across country.
This is the only picture I took on our mad dash.
Thanks for the Ipad,
we all made it safe a and sound
Except for a poor opossum and broken bumper.
Memorial Day Weekend.
Checking out our new home.
Downtown Spokane.
Carousel open all day every day.
Definitely one of Asha's favorite things about Spokane.
Playing in the splash pad.
LOVE her.
Eating Ice Cream.
Asha thinks that she should always have a "treat" when we got out.
And most of the time she gets one.
Lucky for her Daddy feels bad for being gone 8 hours a day.
She usually requests ice cream.
Sometimes it's candy.
It is definitely never any kind of food though.
Checking out the Spokane Falls.
Our Princess.
Ready to go to church.
It literally takes longer for her to get ready in the morning than for me now.
She insists on wearing a dress every day.
Still.
That she has to pick out.
And now we have added 2 ponytails to the mix.
Plus the shoe choice.
"I'm so glad when Daddy comes home."
She literally climbs on the couch and looks out the window and waits...and waits.
Once he walks in the door, I am pretty much pushed aside.
I often ask her if she can share Daddy so that I can talk to him.
The response is always "no."
Baby making.
29 Weeks pregnant.
I'm 32 now but seem to always forget to take a picture.
This is pretty much my primary excuse for the lack of blogging.
Swimming.
The weather is up and down here.
But you can find us at the pool or park everyday.
Or shopping.
3 of Asha's favorite things.
Planting our little humble garden.
Flying Kites.
Asha's first time.
She thought it was "cool."
The fact that it was a Princess kite probably helped.
Spokane has been great.
Definitely a bit different than New England.
But we like it.
And we are so grateful to have a job.
Go Zags!
