I'm her Momma.

I love her.

I love being her mom.
I love that she always wants to share even when you tell her "no thank you."
I love that she thinks she is the boss.
I love that she voluntarily tells me if I can wear a ponytail for the day.
I love that she refuses to wear pants and insists on wearing a "dressy skirt" every day.
I love that she messes up our bed about a 100+ times a day to hide.
I love that she wears her princess high heels all day every day.
I love that she always gives us big kisses while we are saying family prayers.
And I even love that she cried after church when we made her take off the pretty Indian dress from Grandma Arunachalam so that she didn't get it dirty.
I am so grateful to be her "momma."

I love that Swami thinks he is our mediator.

I love being part of their family.

And I love that she will be a part of our family in just a couple of months.

Happy Mother's Day!

Hi honey! Y'all are so cute. I hope things are going well for you. Too funny--there's a couple in our ward where she's white and he's Indian (well, he's not a member but he comes sometimes) and they just had a girl and named her Asha. I thought that was kinda funny. But it's such a pretty name, so no surprise there. Anyhow, I miss you!
